a) why the heck could they take off the layers and layers of clothing they were wearing as soon as they felt they were stranded, and made a makeshift rope out of it, so as to climb down safely, then untie whatever they could to get warmer again and look for help nearby! it was a ski resort and not the grand canyon!!! im sure help was not far!
b) why the heck did the character jump down when clearly it was too high!?!? did he suddenly lose his mind!?!? i mean whyyyy.. and im no high jumper but ive seen ppl jump off from diving block and as far as i know its hardest to fall straight on your legs, you would definitely fall on your back or bum or at worst on your chest and face. and why did he jump without his snowboard?!? he was a snowboarder, he must have known it would help to slide him as he fell on the snow. aargh!!! but the result of his legs breaking as painful to see and even worse because i thought it was stupid to jump like that in the first place. His friends could have held each other and made him climb them down so he could atleast get lower and closer to ground. ufff!!
c) why the heck were there "so" many wolves in a ski resort? they are wild animals who would never be that close to an area which is filled with people in the day and wouldn't the resort have a fence or something around it? something to mark its location/area? what if a skier went and got lost?
d) wolves dont attack like that?!?! not all at once atleast! ive had a dog and i know they are wolves closest cousins and as far as ive read the alpha wolf would come to attack if he is very hungry and thinks you are in his territory/home. and if he is scared off, the others would not come. yea they might sit from a distance and watch but attack out of nowhere!?!?! i highly doubt that.

e) when one character has already realized that his hands are getting cut from the cable, then why the heck couldnt he take his cap off and anything he can tear to create extra thickness to avoid the cuts. I read that ski gloves are lined to protect from sharp things. and.... Whyyyy didnt he pull his legs up as well. It would have been a lot easier to cross. or like one reviewer commented, he could have used his ski pole and held it from both sides and slid to the pole??? yet he hangs on his hands which are being cut as he climbs knowing his ski boots are probably heaviest! take them off?!? hmmm... another aarghh!!
f) The dumb girl who slept with her hand outside?!?!?! wtf?!? how could she not put her hand in her pocket? in such an extreme situation shudnt she be extra careful? (oh, and her wounds looked fake ~bad makeup artist) and why all three of them wouldnt cover themselves up? stay close to each other and put their legs up so as to generate more body heat?!?!? and yea no one shivered??!
g) The regular snowboarder cant out board the wolves? they were wolves not cheetahs!!! how could he not be faster than them i cant believe?!?! yea if he was not that good and ended up banging in a tree maybe then the wolves would catch up to him. but if these were the same wolves why were they hungry again so fast after eating the other dude?
h) all i could think of when the chairlaft was breaking was "JUMP DOWN AND MOVE ASIDE ASAP" yet... sigh... she falls and doesnt move so naturally it falls on her shin, which by the way it fell looked pretty bad but she ended up just a bit sore and walked away. what did she expect where else would the chair fall? obviously on her!!! i was so mad when she didnt move instantly!!!! ufff...
i)if the girl could crawl to the road that fast, then surely the snowboarder would have reached in half the time and theres no way all the wolves would have eaten him on the road. where cars come and go!! what were they crazy dna enhanced super wolves???
j) andddddd.. ok my last rant. whyyyyyy didnt they throw something metallic on top of the truck? it was right under them. obviously he would not hear the stuff thrown on snow (silently)!!!
ok ok... i shall stop here! and recommend you never watch this movie!
