Safer abroad? i think not..

Everybody says, its safer abroad! its supposed to be a more independent safer life here. But the first time i was robbed was here in UK. Been living in a Pakistan all my life, lived in singapore then back to pakistan. Never had i been robbed! what a horrid experience it is. so heres how it happened... in the land of the security!

I finish my class dying of thirst as im fasting so am very happy to go home cuz the aftar is 20 mins away. I leave the club and walk a bit when i realize i need music! so i pull out my ipod a clip and a push and im ready to walk. As i approach the bridge i see this kid on a bike who im sure ive seen before so i think he must live around here. and i continue to walk.. the kid comes really close with his bicycle and looks at me and says kindov sorry and rides away. i think to myself stupid kid cud have fallen on me and walk on. Not realizing that the reason he didnt do anything was because there were three women walking towards us. I continue to walk and notice that the kid is again in front of me at this point i get suspicious and take out my phone to call D just in case. and in the blink of an eye while my phone is connecting the call the stupid thief almost falls on me with his bike and grabs my headphones strings thinking probably that my ipod wud come attached to it. I yelled at him saying "im calling the Police" and he rides away.. but not before i say (in my heart) Looser my ipod is still here. You are stupid and i hope u rot in jail !!!! I rush home trying to walk near anyone i see constantly looking behind me. (at this point i think i shud carry something to protect myself in this unsafe stupid country like maybe a taser gun with enuff bolts to shock the living daylights out of the sucker). Next time i shall be prepared! Yes i know.. not to be stupid and ignore the fact that these loosers may have a knife and may leave a painful mark on u so yes a taser shud stop them in there tracks. hmm... ooooooh im so upset!

Now if i had been in Pakistan i wud have called my dad who wud have rushed with the guard (with a rifle) and i wud atleast feel i had a chance to make the thief feel as special as they made me feel. (****** idiot... ****)

so yea, im still pretty upset abt the whole thing. feeling angry and wish there was something icud have done to protect myself!
